Hidden among rocky outcrops or kopjes on the Serengeti Plains, the Serengeti Migration Camp is reminiscent of old Africa. It sits in an elevated position overlooking the Grumeti River with its resident hippos.
There are 20 large spacious elevated tents providing privacy and blending in with the natural surroundings. Each tent has hard wood floors, rain showers, luxurious furnishings and a private deck with 180 degree view of the Serengeti.
In the main camp there is a split level lounge overlooking Grumeti River, a cigar bar, and a restaurant serving locally sourced produce for delicious meals whenever possible. There are also sundecks and a swimming pool perched among the rocks.
Game drives, walks along the Grumeti River, bird watching, migration viewing and balloon safaris are on offer at this camp.
