Olakira Camp is a classic intimate mobile tented camp which moves through the central and southern Serengeti National Park following the animal movement patterns. December to March is spent in the Ndutu area of the southern Serengeti and this is the time when the great migration takes over the Ndutu plains to give birth to the next generation. The camp then moves to the central Serengeti from June to November where the concentration of animals is denser at this time of year. It is very spacious and comfortable for a mobile camp.
There are 6 tents each with a wide private veranda overlooking the Serengeti National Park, king size or twin beds and en-suite with shower, wash basin and environmentally friendly toilet.
There are 2 lounge/dining tents and wonderful food is served in the dining area, under the stars or on your own private veranda.
Activities available at Olakira Camp are half day game drives or full day game drives with lunch in the bush. Balloon safaris can also be arranged.

Unusually Olakira is a mobile tented camp, changing its location a couple of times a year. From June to November it is usually located in the Seronera area, while in December to March in the Ndutu area, in both cases sited to give the best opportunity of witnessing the wildebeest migration.
