Lake Manyara Tree Lodge is situated about 1km from the shore of Lake Manyara. There is excellent birdwatching at this beautiful soda lake and wonderful Great Rift Valley views.
There are 10 romantic and spacious tree houses cradled in boughs of mahogany trees and stilted. They are crafted from local timber with makuti roofs and are discreetly tucked away. Each has large windows, elegant rooms with overhead fans, mosquito nets, en-suite bathrooms with baths, twin basins and outside shower. Outside there is a private game viewing deck overlooking the forest.
There are indoor and outdoor dining areas with breakfasts and picnics also served on the lake shore. There is also a swimming pool.
Activities include 2 daily game drives in open 4x4 vehicles led by experienced rangers and guides. There are also bush walks in the vicinity of the camp led by a Maasai naturalist and a ranger.
